2. Data, purposes and legal bases
When you contact us, we may process your name, business email, telephone number, company, industry, message, process description and other information you provide. We use it to respond and take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for legitimate interests in correspondence, business relations and legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For customers, data is also processed to perform contracts, meet accounting and tax duties and handle claims. Technical logs such as IP address, request date, browser and error details may be processed for security, diagnostics and service continuity.
With consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve content (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings without affecting prior lawful processing.

Providing contact data is voluntary but may be necessary for a response, analysis or contract. Analytics consent is voluntary and does not limit essential website functions.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, IT, accounting and legal providers only as needed. Google Ireland Limited may receive analytics data after consent. Public authorities may receive data where required by law. Transfers outside the EEA use a GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with additional safeguards where required.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact; contract and accounting data for statutory and claims periods; technical logs generally for up to 90 days; analytics data according to configured retention and until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact kontakt@zentrivo.pl. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
7. Automated decisions, security and changes
We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS and access restrictions. This policy may change when law, providers or the service change.
